Retired District Judge

Joined Judiciary in the year 1987 Promoted as Civil Judge Sr. Dn., in 1987. Thereafter promoted as Presiding Officer, Fast Track Court, then as 6th Addl. City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bangalore and regularized to the post of District Judge in 2009. Thereafter transferred as Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Mysore and retired from service on reaching the age of superannuation on 30.11.2012. Thereafter settled in Bangalore and got resumption of Sanad and working as Legal Practitioner and Legal Consultant in Bangalore.

Conducted many civil cases in the original side and appeal side. Also conducted few cases under Patent Act and Intellectual Property Act, while working as 6th Addl. City Civil and Sessions Judge, in 11th City Civil Court, Bangalore. In that case, also tried number of Arbitration cases under the old Act and New Act and rendered number of awards. Also passed number of orders while dealing with the application under Sec. 9 of the New Act. While dealing with the applications for setting aside the awards, i had occasions to observe the good virtues of an able Arbitrator, the moral and legal requirements and the legal acumen he must possess while trying complicated arbitral disputes and to render a valid award.
